A joint venture of Shah Group & Maxwell Group
TAS Group, established in 2008, is a joint venture between Shah Group and Maxwell Group. In a short span it has become one of the fastest-growing companies in airline representation, aviation services, logistics, cargo security scanning & handling and travel & tourism across Bangladesh.
The group commenced operations with Total Air Services Ltd. in 2007 and began diversifying in 2014 — forming and acquiring Total Logistics & Courier Services, TAS Aviation, Total Air Cargo Services, Shah Travels, Northern Aviation Services, Airline Management Services and more. It now represents AirAsia, Kuwait Airways, Thai AirAsia, Maldivian, First Flight Courier, SMSA Express, ZTO Express and others.
