Airlines Management Serviced Ltd (AMSL) was established in 2022 to further extend the services TAS groups offers. The company is now providing ground handling services to non schedule charter flight operating to Bangladesh in collaboration with Biman Ground Handling and Padma Oil the sole ground handler and Jet oil suppliers in the country. The company in a short span has handle multiple flight from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. AMLS also aspire to introduce more services in the market such as MRO I.e line check services to local and International airline, Ground Handling services in Hazrat Shahkjalal International Airport and others. In light of its inspiration it has signed MOU with Ground Team Red (GTR) a joint venture between SATS and Airasia, and Asia Digital Engineering (ADE) a newly formed subsidiary of Airasia Group to jointly explore and apply for MRO and Ground Handling Licenses in Bangladesh
