Through Total Logistics and Courier Services Ltd (TLC) the group has entered into the logistics business in 2014. The company at the moment specialises in international courier, domestic courier, freight forwarding (Air & Sea) and clearing services and providing these services as the franchise of SMSA Express and ZTO in Bangladesh. However, it aims to increase its service offering by getting into 3PL, 4PL, warehousing and cold chain services. The company’s early days started by provided co-load cargo for first flight courier which the company is still doing till today. Later the company has become the franchisee of ZTO express of China in 2018 and SMSA Express in 2019 a Saudi based logistics company. Since 2019 the company predominantly doing international courier, domestic courier and freight forwarding services under the banner of SMSA express. The company has over 5 SMSA retail outlet, 3 warehouse 2 in Dhaka and another in Chittagong, a storage facility in Dhaka Airport (Airport Cage) and 5 delivery vehicle with which it has been using to provide the services to clients and agents.
Due to its tie up with three named logistics companies and domestic line haul, it has developed jointly with its partner, the company is able to service and deliver parcel and packaged to any part of the world. It also has in its disposal the network it franchiser globally to aid its freight business as well.
